The Benefits of CEO Peer Groups

Nine year group member and now Chair of his own group TEC 31, Graham Jenkins, said that the reason he joined was because, "one of the things that you notice when you run a business is that you can’t share business secrets with people so easily. You feel isolation as CEO." He says tthat a CEO Peer group allowed him to feel confident he was making the best decisions he possibly could.
